About

The things we stop noticing often have the greatest influence over us.

The small assumptions, unspoken rules, and quiet habits we’ve absorbed over a lifetime. The things that rarely demand our attention, yet quietly shape how we act, how we relate to other people, and how we understand and navigate the world.

Most of us never stop to look at them. Not because they don’t exist, but because they’ve become too familiar to see.

The Preset is a place to slow it all down. To try to name the social scripts and patterns we all follow without ever consciously examining them. A place to spend a little more time thinking about them—wondering what they are, where they came from, and why they exist in the first place.

Not to judge or fix anything. Just to notice what’s actually there.

If any of this resonates — you’re in the right place.
